Find out about the release schedules for the Data Providers you are using, and what their regular releases might mean to your team. 

We've had more concerns lately about the values that our two data providers, Black Book and J.D. Power, sometimes deliver values that don't match what your team has, that our values are sometimes higher than expected.  While this can startle your team, I'm hear to tell you this is normal. In fact, it's more than normal. …it's intentional. Data providers update their live web-based values more often than they do their printed manuals.
