Lead emails not arriving

Hi Valued Dealer,

It's Chris Purser, CTO of Digital PowerSports.

Back in the beginning of 2016, we experienced increased instances of spam complaints for lead and report emails going to our dealers. Since then we have become ever more cautious about the integration of content into lead notifications, as well as making sure they were practical on mobile devices. And we've come a long way.

Here it is 2020, and the challenges have not decreased, but rather increased. Spam is a big problem for dealers, one we're cognizant of.

It is in that vein that we are firm in the belief that the only real way to insure lead delivery, is to make sure to white-list your safe senders.

Learning how to do that with each of your individual spam and email services is challenging, but imperative.

SOLUTION: Make sure that ALL of the domains listed here are fully white-listed in your spam settings BOTH on individual inbox levels AND at company or network wide firewall settings.

The last 2 are the services we use to send emails and should be free of most spam flags. Although, as services that may possibly and inadvertently provide email capabilities to spammers, it's possible that flagging can occur.  We can tell you that BOTH of these services strictly scrutinize spam scoring and regularly shut down accounts of those misusing their services, which is one of the reasons we chose them.

If you're having difficulties at all, please stay in touch with our support team and they'll keep working to help if they can.

To my favorite group of people...
Chris Purser, CTO/CXO
