What emails from Solutions look like

There are two main email types that will send from the Solutions platform: The Lead Autoresponder, and the Lead User Notice.

  • Lead Autoresponder: The email that is sent to a lead after they complete a trade-in evaluation

  • Lead User Notice: The notice that is sent to company users to notify them that a new lead completed a trade-in evaluation.

Your emails will look similar to these (some changes over time to be expected)

Note

There is another email type that would send directly to your CRM, but those aren't usually seen by people. Those are sent and received in a machine-readable format and are not sent to human inboxes.
