Managing Notifications

The TRADE CYCLE Service comes optionally with several types of ongoing notifications for users...

As does the RideItNow service.

With the intentions of helping companies get the most out of the service they pay for, we set all of these types of notices in place at the onset of the addition of any user. These are all added by default, and are individually editable by each user by editing their profile, or by company admins or agency admins who have permissions to edit other users.

A User is any person added into our system with an email address, represented by a single email address to a human monitored inbox, who is given log in access to the dashboard.

There are several types of email messages that you may receive as a user.

These types are associated to something knows as "Active Notifications" in your user profile.  To add or remove each type, simply edit your profile in the Solutions Platform ( the user dashboard) and set those notifications accordingly. To Remove a notification type, simply click the X in the box that contains the type. To Add a notification type, click a space inside the field, and choose from the available options. You can add more than one by continuing to choose those from the available options. Don't forget to click SAVE to save your changes.

  • Per Lead Notice: Each lead from any campaign in every company a user is associated to triggers a lead notice sent to that user's email address in their profile. Removing this option will disable lead notices for that user completely. This assumes the campaign is configured to send leads as well. 
  • Reports Reminders: On the first of the month, we send out reminder emails to log in and pull a report for that period. (not active at the time of this article)
  • Dashboard Helpers: Occasional emails that detail the navigation/usage of new functionality and bonus features that pertain to this platform. Expect 5-10 of these emails per year.
  • TRADE CYCLE Performance: This value makes sure you receive the additional emails and instructions for massively increasing the performance of your TRADE CYCLE service. Most of these tips and tricks are free. Utilizing these tips will increase your engagement opportunities dramatically and decisions  involving which to implement should be revisited regularly.
  • RideItNow User: If your company is using the RideItNow service, you can use this value to send a notice to add to, or remove from, the RideItNow notifications for yourself or one of your team members. If you are not using RideItNow, this will have no effect. 
  • Important Updates: Important updates like coming or obligatory upgrades, service interruptions, planned maintenance, etc. Expect 3-5 of these emails per year. 
  • DPS Blog: Digital Power Solutions releases industry news that pertains to the subject matter most relevant to your service with us. Expect approximately 1 of these emails per month.

Note: The ways we send notifications are constantly evolving, so some communications may behave differently from the descriptions above or not have any effect at all at any particular time.

IMPORTANT

Using the "Unsubscribe" link in email notifications fully removes that user from ALL notifications, lead notices, reports, AND deactivates their entire user account, preventing them from accessing the dashboard, removing their authorization to make changes to the account, and more... Get some support assistance before using this method.  3 "accidental" or "unintentional" unsubscribe requests for a user (single email address) will permanently blacklist that user, who will be permanently removed.
