LOGGING IN

On this form, enter your email address and password.


This will log you into the platform.

You will need to use the email address you (or your representative) provided to Digital Power Solutions for your user account. If you're not sure what that is or if you've never logged in before, look below for instructions for resetting your password, or get some help here.


GETTING SET or RESET

First time logging in? Forgot your password?


You'll need to do a password reset.

If this is your first time logging in, or you have lost your login password

Click the "First Time Logging in? Forgot Your Password?" link.


Enter your email address and click send.


You will need to make sure you are using an email address DPS was provided. If we were given a distribution address and you happen to be a recipient on that distribution list, you will not have access.

If you enter your email address you will get the alert shown, but this is not a guarantee that you will receive a reset email.

You will only receive a 'reset' email if the email you enter was previously set up by DPS.





Check your email


You should have received an email from Digital Power Solutions, from:

In the email, click the button that says

SET OR RESET PASSWORD



Set your password


Make sure your email is in the email field. Enter it if it's not there.

Enter your password in both fields, making sure they are identical.

If there is an error about the number of characters, adjust your password to meet those rules.

Click UPDATE and you if all goes well, you will see this alert.



If you receive an error about your token being expired, close the browser window/tab and start a new request. A token error usually means you haven't reset your password promptly enough. Reset requests expire after 24 hours.

That's it! Now login with your email address and newly created password.
