RevUPs Managing Users

RevUPs has three types of user permissions:

Issuers

Can issue Rewards for all companies they are associated to.

Notifications:

  • Lead notices.

Typically audience for this permission is sales staff.

Reporter

Can see reporting for the companies in which they are associated to.

Notifications:

  • None

Typical audience for this permission includes finance and management.

Manager

Can manage which users have what types of access for all companies they are associated to.

Notifications:

  • include a notice when a User has been

  • Survey notices

Typical audience for this permission includes General Managher, General Sales Manager and Owners/

Note: Managers can override security mechanism that prevents multiple issuances to same physical and email address.

Users You Are Unable to Edit

You may be unable to edit the permissions for some users if their parent company is not in your Organization.

This commonly happens if an outside vendor (like Digital Lead Performance) is connected to your Trade Cycle account. If you wish to give the user access to your company, contact support (by clicking “Get Support” at the bottom of the RevUPs interface) and we can add the appropriate permission.

Note on Funding Source Owners and Authorized Users

The system wide permissions above do not control access to Funding Sources (ie, the connection to the company bank account used to add funds the RevUPs funding account).
